How to Search Pompano Beach Building Permits

Use the City of Pompano Beach permit system to search for permits associated with your unit.

Permit Search Instructions

Click the Open Permit Search button below.
Under Search Method, select "Parcel Number".
In "Township/Range/Sect", enter 9203.
Leave the Subdivision, Block, and Lot fields blank.
In "Street Nbr", enter your building number.
In "Apt", enter your unit number.
Click Continue to view the permit records.

IMPORTANT — Viewing Multiple Permits

When viewing a permit from the search results, right-click the permit number and select "Open link in new tab."

This keeps your original search results open so you can review multiple permits without having to repeat the search each time.

ⓘ Tip: After reviewing a permit, close that permit tab and return to the original search results tab to select the next permit.

The following parcel codes are provided for reference. For the standard permit search above, you normally only need 9203, your building number, and your unit number.
